One LG TV can't connect to Plex server, other LG TVs can and all other devices can

One LG TV I have cannot connect to my Plex server, but another LG TV and all other devices on the network can. The network only has one subnet, and I have verified that the tv is on the proper subnet communicating to the same default gateway. I have fully uninstalled then reinstalled the newest version of Plex on the TV with no success. The TV has network connection for all other purposes and can stream Netflix just fine, and can stream Plex live TV just fine. Plex worked totally fine on this TV for months and suddenly doesn’t anymore, I have not changed anything on the network, the server, or the TV.

The server is running on Windows 10, and the server and TV are both hardwired to a gigabit switch. It DOES have a VPN enabled but it is a split tunnel VPN so that LAN traffic is not impacted, and with the VPN running again all other devices on the network work fine. Turning off the VPN does not fix the issue either.

Why can’t my TV connect? Thank you for the help.

Update, figured it out but will post solution here just in case anyone else needs this. Somehow Plex changed the security settings in Plex > Settings > Advanced, there are two settings for “Allow insecure connections.” Since everything is just on my own LAN i just set them to Always and it works again!
