My movie keeps loading each 20 seconds

Hi ,

I just bought the plex pass to be able to use the hardware transcoding, because when I tried to watch a movie, the movie is in 4k HDR 7.1 and the file is arround 50 Go, on my TV or my computer with the plex app, it’s keeps loading each 20 seconds, I got a really good internet connection (400Mbps upload and download), and I use the hardware transcoding which is supposed to be faster than my CPU only.
Any idea why I can’t watch this movie, is the movie too big (50Go) for Plex, I got a RTX 2070 as GPU. It’s really annoying to only watch 25 seconds of the movie before getting a loading screen for 10 seconds …
