My own Plex server is not visible from the Plex.TV menu

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: Web

My Plex server is only accessible from the console on the server itself.
When I browse to Plex.TV, my account thinks I do not own any servers, but I can still see the ‘server’ identity checking in under 9min ago ‘authorized devices’

My Roku’s seem to still work however

Which browser is used? (Avoid Edge)
Have you tried to use the browser’s ‘Incognito’/‘Privacy’ mode?

Are you trying from inside the same local network where the server is located?
Can you try from outside? Does this work differently?

This affected all browsers, local connection and remote via hotspot

Logging out of the cached web portal ON the server locked me out of managing the server from 127.0.0.1!!! It didn’t give me access because once my account logged in, No server found

Luckily I had the page cached on my laptop – I signed my account OUT of the server, and re-claimed/signed in… seems to be working now, but my shared libraries to all of my family are screwed up. Says i’m sharing, but nothing is actually shared with any end users

Open https://app.plex.tv using Chrome or Firefox. Don’t use Edge.

When I ‘reset customization’ on the Plex web, that’s where I lost complete access to the server through the ‘settings’ button in the top right corner.

this was resolved by disassociating the server with my plex account, and reassociating.

My Plex Pass Yearly sub renewed literally just yesterday. perhaps something funky on the back end?

I can only assume that something weird happened with some cookies. Did you juggle with more than on plex.tv account within this browser recently?

(clean out all cookies and “website data” from the domain plex.tv from your browser beforehand!)

Nope. single plex account. I’ve re-shared my libraries with my family and we’re working again.
