Looks like they forgot to publish them or they are having some issue. All the download links for PMS are the version from December 2018.
That build had a bug that gave the wrong links - it was stated in the release notes and in the old forum post for the alpha. Download manually from our webpage.
On plex.tv webpage there i still the old version 1.14. I did clear my cache but I cannot see the new version
Just checked again and now I see the links to 1.15
Working now. Can download the new version.
