My Plex is not working, what should I do?

Hello, my Plex is unavailable after changing the server. I have tried many methods, including modifying the registry in the help center, including method 2.2, but I can log in normally after trying method 2.2, but the account still cannot be displayed. new server, or is it prompting me to add repositories, which I have no idea what to do now?

My Plex is a bare metal server in a public cloud, it is a fixed IP, and the system is using
Version: Windows Server 2022 Standard
Version number: 21H2
OS Build: 20348.1850

I just tried to turn on all the security methods of the server, and re-modified the registry. Then I logged in and there was still no prompt, but I tried to close the webpage and then use my computer’s public IP (not LAN) to access. I seem to have succeeded! !
