Missing posters is a known issue we’re working on. And for reference, although it won’t appease everyone, the Plex engineering team has been kindly testing for us since the spring. This was a major change involving schema changes, data transformations and migrations, infrastructure changes, and even management and team changes behind the scenes. The bugs are on our end and will be resolved soon. We’re looking forward to getting this rollout finalized so we can start improving the quality of …

tl;dr: It’s known and will be fixed in a Plex update as soon as TheTVDB irons out the issues with its API update
