Server not connecting

I installed plex in my new PC and after logging into Plex, its not connecting to my server.

Make sure you’re connecting locally to your server in order to finish the setup.
If you’re on the same machine, you can open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web in your browser. If the server is installed on another machine in your home network, you can use http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web instead.

During the setup, you’ll be asked to name your server and to link it to your account. Once this is done, you can also access it easily from other apps signed into your account (e.g. the hosted version of Plex Web → https://app.plex.tv/desktop).

The server was in an old machine and it was uninstalled around 4-5 years ago and I dont know what the old PMS IP add is.

I also tried uninstalling and deleting all the files from my current machine so I can start fresh with new server but it is still trying to connect to old server and its stuck.

Is there another way to create new server?

If you’re trying to setup the Plex Media Server from the same machine, you don’t need to know the IP address… for that case you can use the loopback address http://127.0.0.1:32400/web

If there’s been an older installation on that same machine, you should first delete the remnants of that old server (assuming you no longer want to use it)
