My PMS is not available

Server Version#: 1.18.3 latest
Player Version#:any
Suddenly when i restarted my nas after that i cannot reach my libraries which is in the PallRNAS named PMS, i have another on which is reachable in another nas.
This one is on a qnap. The Plex web is reachable there but sais for the libraries that it is unreachable
PallRNAS is currently unavailable

One more interesting thing.
Before that in the log i can see this only

Auth: authenticated user 1 as pallr

After the error i can see these:

This is why. There is a certificate involved which conflicts

Did you install or create a certificate?

No i did nothing, just restarted the nas

Download and install this QPKG written by one of the Ninjas.

Restart PMS.
Let it sit idle for a minute.
Now open File Station,
Go into the Plex share, Library, and continue navigating down until you see Logs
Right click and create a ZIP of it

When finished, download and attach it here so I can see what PMS is doing.

It is resolved. What i did
I shutted down plex
I deleted all the files in the cache folder in PMS filesystem
I deleted the token entry from the resources.xml
i changed my password in plex.tv and asked it to logoff from everywhere

After i started plex again and first i connected directry with the local adress to my plex server it asked me to claim and it worked.

It is interesting that after i went back to plex.tv there was two PallRNAS as servers but one of them was with a ! mark and cannot connected. So it still had the wrong entry somewhere.
But the good one was also there.

So thanks for your help now it is ok
