My PMS (Windows 10) does not update automatically

Server Version#: PMS 1.19.4.2935 (Windows 10)

I have a Lifetime Plex Pass license.

After skipping a version update, my PMS no longer updates automatically.

Can I download the most current version and do an installation without losing my settings?

Yes, installing/reinstalling/uninstalling does not affect your PMS setup. These are saved outside of the program files.
