@Nealer92

Which modem/router are you using?
Are you using a Port Forwarding (not just opening a port) -or- are you using a Virtual Server definition ?

eeror 6 pro and ugreen nas and ive port forwarding are open i think

Are you also using the ISP modem/router ?

If so, look at the ERROR WAN IP address.

If it’s a private (192.168,.x.x, 10.x.x.x, or 172.16 → 172.31) then you’ve got double NAT.

It means you have to setup two port forwarding (one each router)
-OR-
put one of them in bridge/AP mode and then address possibly noving IP addresses

So with my internet provider, they give me a hub for home complete wifi in the house so they lick up together with the port forwarding how do i fix the nat type

would it becuase the nas is connect to the hub though a network switch

Basic, unmanaged, switches are transparent.
VLAN-capable would be problems only if so configured.

Given you have ISP modem/router. That’s all you need to make the home LAN segment. The router part of the EERO creates another layer – which breaks everything.

The EERO needs to be in bridge mode.

This is likely double NAT somewhere. ( WAN IP of fhe EERO will confirm this .. it should not have a WAN address. It should be in bridge mode). Use their app to look at it

There are steps to making sure everything switches back to the ONE LAN (from the ISP DHCP server). – most important is everything is DHCP until after you switch it all over – THEN — put things at new static addresses if desired.
