Happy to provide any server logs wasn’t sure what would be helpful here. I’ve looked at everything regarding Double NAT and CGNAT and I can’t figure out what exactly is going on but I’m unable to get a green check or direct stream under remote access.
Wanted to reach out for some help since I’m new to Plex and this level of troubleshooting. The UNPNP on my router was displaying devices but no longer is even after being turned off and on. I’ve been able to find a successful way to forward the correct port.
Working with a Spectrum modem and an Archer AX50.
