My Tidal - Unexpected Error

I’ve been a long time Google Play Music user, but I decided to give the Tidal integration a shot.

I used Soundiiz to transfer my large music library from GPM to Tidal, but when I access Tidal from the Plex Web app, and click the My Tidal button, I get: “There was an unexpected error loading this library.” When I try from the Plex mobile app on android, I get: “There was an error navigating to the specified item. Please make sure you re connected to the Internet and try again.” Needless to say, I am connected to the Internet.

My Tidal Playlists seem to be working fine from both apps.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m new to Plex and I am having the same issue. Have you found a solution?
