Set up is Plex server running on Windows 7 PC, connected to home network via Netgear Nighthawk wireless router, Avast security with Plex application allowed to come through firewall, adjusted wireless router port settings according to all information found in the Plex guidelines - result “fully accessible outside your network” flashes on for about 2 seconds then reverts to “not available outside your network” - cannot connect any devices to Plex via Tivo and cannot connect to Plex for Sonos music source - I would happily pay for premium if Plex would work.
