Not available outside your network!

I have a Plex running on a win 10, but when i try to enable public server it says Not available outside your network, i tried almost everything i could found in YouTube and forums, it works for two seconds then it goes off, sometimes for less than a min the goes of, how i can fix this ?

my router is Linksys WRT 32X

i did the Pot Forwarding

my private IP is different than public IP

if someone could assist me i`ll be grateful

thank you…

When you setup port forwarding, did you input the private IP? You want to make sure it’s that. Also, are you using a VPN?

yes i did put my privet IP, and no i don’t use VPN

anyone could assist me pleas ?

i’ve got the same thing. it started immediately after i updated my plex server to the latest version. i never needed it before (it seems upnp had been working in my router) but i setup port forwarding as well and the problem persists.

edit - i’ve figured this out. the plex server update or something else must have changed the way plex was configured in windows firewall. it was set to allow plex through the “public” network type’s firewall, but not the “private” type of network’s firewall. i set plex media server to be allowed through the private network windows firewall, and that did the trick.

I have the same issue. Plex says that it’s available outside my network for about 2 seconds and then it’s not. Windows Defender Firewall settings say they allow Plex to pass for both private and public networks.

Any additional resources for fixing this is appreciated. Thanks.
