MyCloud EX2 Plex Media Server not running

Hello everyone,

I’m having trouble setting the Plex Media Server in my NAS WD MyCloud Ex2 (IP: 192.168.1.104). I install the app in the NAS, put it running and after when I go to configure I have no option to start running the server. The server is not listed in the authorised devices neither.

I tried to set up a server using my MacBook and I arrive doing it (now turned off), so the problem is in the NAS Media Server in WD MyCloud Ex2. Does anyone had already had a problem similar to this one or know the solution?
