MyCloud Home - no option for secure access

I can’t access my plex server through the desktop app as it says

But there is no where to change this setting as per the plex support pages

It’s never been a problem before and I can use the plex app on my phone - I just can’t get in on the desk app to scan for new files etc.

I noticed the other day it had lost all my libraries and I am assuming that was something to do with the new release - but now I can’t get in at all! I disabled and re enabled plex on the MyCloud but it hasn’t improved anything

Ive been having the same issue for the last week and a half i even erased the hard drive set it up again and started from scratch but made no difference.

Hi there, can you try disabling the [ ] Enable server support for IPv6 option in Plex Web and then restarting your MCH?

You can find it it under Settings > Network
