Plex cannot find my cloud server needs insecure connections

I can no longer find my server. I have to switch to insecure connections, I allow once, then I have to reload all my content. It used to be secure allowing me access from all devices and my content never disappeared.
Now it repeats that process. Log in, I have to allow insecure connections, then reload my libraries.
I have a my cloud home duo. I have to access my Plex through that app…go to Plex then click on configure just to access my content.
Any help?

I’ve the same issue. WD My cloud home and, can’t see anything.

MyCloud works fine, but can’t see anything in plex :expressionless:

Could you solve it? How!
