Name Issue - Two Episodes in One

I just began ripping Star Trek TNG and discovered episodes 1 and 2 are combined into 1 file on the DVD. For naming purposes, it would normally be S01E01 and S01E02 but since they are combined, it would now be S01E01 and then the next show would be S01E03. Is there a way to name the file so that it shows the single file is actually 2 episodes? Otherwise, it will appear that I am missing or have skipped episode 2.

For multiple episodes in a single file, the supported convention is to name it with the episode range:
S01E01-E02

This will cause it to be displayed as two episodes in your library.
