Thank you @Vawtephens for that tip. That actually resolved my problem as well. Way easier than the steps Asustor Support wanted me to go through. Which initially involved removing the drives, then resetting the box to factory default. When that didn’t work they actually recommended I remove the drives, insert a new drive, reset to factory default, go through a full configuration on the new drive, then put the original drives back in. Crazy.
