hello,
I have some issue about my Plex media server recently. I build in a Plex server in the synology nas DS220+(DSM7.0.1).
When the server scanning the library, the activity logo will show loading (look like a running circle) . But this loading never stop even a few hours(i think it is crash), i add some video in this library also not detect. It won’t happen before. This issue can suddenly or few hours happen again. When this issue happen,I must open the nas package center to manual stop the plex and restart, then the server will be normal. I don’t know when this issue start but maybe i update the latest server version 1.25.4.5487 or happen after the plex server breakdown at the few days ago.
In additional, the sort method last episode date added are not function. I always add some video file in to the library therefore i want the latest video was show at the front. But this sort method are not work now. It is normal before the above issue mention.
