NAS Server deleted from authorized devices

DSM7.2.2-72806 Update 3
Plex Server Version: 1.41.7.9823-72009823

I have unfortunately deleted my NAS server from my Plex account, when trying to fix an issue with unknown accesses to my account. Now I cannot get it back. I already changed the Preferences XML file in as suggested somewhere. Everything was running so beautifully. How do I get it back?

There is no server connected and no server menu shown.

Thanks for your swift response. Will this work in DSM 7.2.2 ?

Thanks a lot. This seems a little frightenníng. I have almost no experience with Linux and do not know whether I have CURL. How risky is it to run this script?

Use the reclaim method built into the DSM 7.2.2 SPK
( It is the same thing as what’s in my shell script )

  1. Uninstall PMS – KEEP option
  2. Reinstall PMS SPK – Plex Claim Token option
    – Click “Get Plex Claim Token” link
    – COPY token from browser window
    – PASTE in the box on the installation menu.
  3. Click Next - Next - Done

DSM will reinstall the code, find and use your existing library, and be reclaimed as part of the installation process.

It will confirm it is reclaimed to your username in the final message

That was nerve wrecking! Now it works again. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help.
