I removed my server from my account. I’ve tried readding it with no sucess. The server is hosted on a Synology 912+. I’ve stopped and restarted the plex server on the Nas and still no luck. Hopefully I’m just missing something easy.
Removing the server from your account placed it in an unclaimed state.
You need to reclaim the server.
DSM 6 or 7:
From a system on the same network as the NAS, point a private/incognito browser window at the IP address of the NAS. For example, if the NAS address is 10.1.2.3, http://10.1.2.3:32400/web. Do not use a FQDN, the Open button in Package Center, Synology Quick Connect, etc. Those methods will not work.
DSM 7:
Uninstall Plex Media Server. Select the “Uninstall Only” when prompted.
Re-install the same version of Plex Media Server using the Plex Claim Token option.
Point a browser at the IP address of the NAS (as mentioned above). You should be able to login and access server settings, and the server should already be claimed.
