No Soup... on my Synology NAS

Synology NAS … I have lost my server. When I re-install Plex, I am told “No Soup…” or told to download the PMS app.

I cannot find a way to either “reclaim” my server (which is probably gone) or to even make a fresh, clean Plex install.

Even if I install docker image, I still get the “download your own PMS” link or just “Not Authorized” … I am at a loss… I hope someone can help me! I have a Lifetime Plex Pass, but I am watching tv on a crappy Emby build.

And all the related posts here seem to have the actual answers’ posts removed…?

Which version of DSM ?
Which version of PMS is installed on the Syno? (native app)

DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2
PMS PlexMediaServer-1.25.5.5492-12f6b8c83-x86_64_DSM7.spk

There was an auth outage yesterday.

The DSM 7 app has a built-in option to help reclaim / re-auth the server.
