Nas. server. ipv6. kaspersky. certified. custom url

There is a problem that I can’t solve, and I have read about it in the forum… but I can’t understand what they are talking about…

The problem is that from time to time plex stops connecting to my NAS due to the secure connections configuration.
The only thing that works is to disable the service from the NAS and re-enable it. It works, but sometimes it gets tiring.

On a couple of occasions when this happened, it also popped up a Kaspersky warning about insecure certificates. I fixed this by disabling encrypted connection scanning. But the NAS connection problems still occur.

The last thing I checked was the posts about IPv6, I understand almost nothing of what is said in them, but one thing… it is advised to disable the server support for IPv6 (?) … I have it enabled.

Is it advisable to disable it?

Thanks, best regards
Pepe

For now, by disabling encrypted connection scanning in Kaspersky Anti-Virus (KAV) and disabling IPv6 support in PLEX, I haven’t had a problem again… although it may be a bit early to celebrate.

It has only happened that the clients on the devices lose the connection to the server, but it is solved by logging out and restarting the session (now very easy with QR).

Pepe

Well, no, it doesn’t
