My user profile is the same on all devices. I am running the most current version of Plex Media Server and my DSM on Synology is up to date. PLex finds the Synology server on my EPSON projector (android) - but on any iOS device it ONLY finds the MAC server - the Synology server is nowhere to be found. Authorized devices (in PLex) shows iOS but does not show Synology NAS. I have totally uninstalled and installed Plex Media Server and have insured my setting in Synology are correct. I do not know what else to do.

This indicates the server is not claimed by your account.
What is displayed in Settings → Server_Name → General?
It should say "Claimed by… " and your email address (or words close to that).
