Need advice/help determining why "unknown airings" appear in guide after nightly update

Did anyone ever provide suggestions or solutions? I opened another post on the same subject and also brought this up in others:

Seems Plex is either ignoring this, hasn’t seen any of the posts or just plain doesn’t care.
