I have a Plex service running in a Docker environment, where I created several managed accounts in Plex Home, and they were working fine previously. However, now there’s a strange issue.
When I log in with my admin account, I can see all the content in the media library and play it. But when I switch to a managed account, it shows “Unauthorized, you do not have access to this server.”
I have a lifetime Plex Pass, and the permissions for the managed accounts are confirmed to be correct. There have been no changes in the network conditions (when using either the admin account or the managed accounts).
So, I’m puzzled about the cause of this issue, as it persists even within the local network.
