You edit the show itself,
go to the Advanced tab
set the “Episode ordering” to the desired one.
Since there isn’t one definitive database of “air date” or even episode order, Plex has to choose one for you. By default, TV Show libraries use TMDB for movies AND shows. TV Shows can be changed to use one other source, TheTVDB.
You can change the default source for TV Show libraries by editing the library itself. You are always responsible to make sure that your file contents match the episode number as found on TMDB/TVDB, based on the metadata source you picked. You must re-number YOUR files to match the metadata source you have Plex use. Some people suggest a program called “Filebot”, but it costs. I use “Rename My TV Series”, which is free to use but is less automatic than Filebot.
If you dislike the library’s default metadata source, you can change it only for that one show, by editing the show itself. If you do this, you can even choose several different TVDB orders, such as DVD order (if a show was later released on DVD and the numbers are different), or even continuous order (some shows - like Detective Conan - don’t really have seasons" and instead are numbered starting at 001). Pick the option that works best for you, but it must be TMDB or TVDB.
Plex does not really look at the file name itself other than to find out the season/episode number. It will not attempt to match the file based on the title you may or may not have included in the filename.
Slightly off-topic: FYI, the naming of your files does not follow the naming convention seen in the link that Otto posted earlier. Not following the naming convention can lead to strange results, even if they don’t do that right now. If it works for now, then it may be okay to leave it alone for now, but if you run into any issues with Plex not identifying all your files, follow the rules in the link first before coming here to ask for help, as all the first replies will just be to ask you to follow the guide… Just like what happened here 
I looked at the Aladdin info on Aladdin (a Titles & Air Dates Guide). It is strange. It claims the entire first season aired in Feb-May of '94, but it also claims that the start date for the show itself was september of '94. Wikepedia seems to indicate that Aladdin aired a few episodes once a week in early '94, before fully airing it 5 days a week later on in September. I think that rather than having a small first-season with a much larger second season, that TVDB/TMDB went with the September start-time in which the first “season” had their episodes mixed in with a few other new episodes.
