TV series episodes mapped wrong and no Fix Match Option

I have a TV Series Wheeler Dealers. The folders and files are named correctly but Plex is mapping them to the wrong Episode. They should be S18E01 - Ford Escort XR3i and S18E02 - Mercedes SL 55.

Those episode are correct for TheMovieDB, so you may have matched them incorrectly. If you are using the old agent, rematch it using TheTVDB. If you are using the new Plex agent, edit the show and check the “Episode Ordering”. Change that to use TheTVDB.

You can’t Fix match for an individual season. Need to do it for the show as whole also in this case you would normally need to edit the show change the episode ordering to TVDB (Aired). TheMovieDb unfortunately seems to have very different episode ordering for that show

Looks like we have not pulled in the TVDB aired order for that show for some reason. I will let our metadata team know.

I have tried unmatching and rematching at the show level… When I set Episode Ordering to TheTVDB it doesn’t bring in any episode info at all. I just went and manually correct the show info.

Yeah that is what I reported to our metadata team. There was a stale cache of data and it was not getting the new info for that show from TVDB. if you refresh metadata for the show now it should get it.
