Need help with DLNA profile for Sony UDP-x700, ATMOS, Subtitles

Server Version#: 1.32.8.76.39
Player Version#: 4.116.1 (but really using the sony for playing

BACKGROUND - I have a Sony UDP-x700 blu ray player connected on my local network to my Windows 11 PC. My sound system is a older 5.1 DENON AVR. I had been using SERVIIO running on that PC which served various MKV & MP3 movie files to that dvd player via DLNA.
Initially, I had audio problems (audio format not supported) with any Disney/appletv ATMOS content. I found a resolution to this (accidently) by trying a SHARP AQUOS profile within SERVIIO. Using that profile I can play 7.2.1 files on my 5.1 system perfectly
That profile looks like this
is attached

Once I started using that profile, I could play any movie file without any audio problems. How/why it worked I have no idea,. I’m just happy that it did.

However, it has not been issue free in other areas, specifically subtitles or other languages. If i play any of these movies on on pc directly using a windows media player lik VLC, it’s clear the files often contain other language audio tracks, and/or subtitles. But none of these are selectable from my sony player, even though they are present in the file.Need ing to select a different audio languge is rare for me, but it seems the subtitle issue is becoming more common. I know I have work arounds for that issue, but it’s cumbersome to have to search for and install SRT files constantly, especially given the subtitle text is already in the movie file itself, just not accessible for me when using the SONY/DLNA.

So I hoped PLEX would provide a more complete solution.
I installed plex and I am impressed at the user interface and options. it immediately resolved both my subtitle and audio language track issues BUT my original ATMOS compatibility issue has returned. In the plex settings for DLNA, there appears to be a way to edit the profile string, but I am unclear what that string needs to be. I tried pasting the text from my SERVIIO profile, but of course that didn’t work at all.

Can someone help with a profile that does everything the SERVIIO SHARP profile I posted above does for audio support PLUS adds the language track support and subtitles that is already working in plex for me?
