That can you see me only works when I’m on Wi-Fi
It’s started working all I did was port forward a certain number and disabled the rely and now it’s working I also put a port forward on my router as well same number how long will this stay good
That’s how it’s done.
There’s no need to disable the relay for good – it can come handy / useful under certain circumstances. But as your regular remote access seems to be working, let’s not bother with that 
Your NAS is ok (to the best of my knowledge). It was just the network configuration.
