It’s started working all I did was port forward a certain number and disabled the rely and now it’s working I also put a port forward on my router as well same number how long will this stay good

That’s how it’s done.
There’s no need to disable the relay for good – it can come handy / useful under certain circumstances. But as your regular remote access seems to be working, let’s not bother with that :wink:

Your NAS is ok (to the best of my knowledge). It was just the network configuration.
