Plex remote "not avaible" and indirect connexion

well hello i’m new in the NAS world and i have a little problem with my plex…
suddently the remote acces is a little buggy sometime it turn off by himself and say “Not available outside your network”
and when its on and available outside my network all connection to my plex is indirect and the resolution is very crappy

i dont know if what i says is understable if you want more detail please tell me :slight_smile:
