Need internet connection msg when scanning music library files

Player Version#: 4.34.4

Getting following msg when scanning music library files even though I have a good internet connection. Seems to be happing on on libraries that have bee "updated: for new scan engine

This just started happening today, did not have proble on “updated” libraries until now.

An internet connection is required to scan library files. Please check this server’s connection and try again.

Update - changed agent back to last.fm and was able to do file scn of library. issue points to Plex Music agent.

Problem solved. Although the server had a good internet connection and Plex was logged in, new PLEX MUSIC agent & scanner stopped working and issued the msg above a couple of days after updating the libraries to the them. Determined it was not Norton blocking connection. Rebooted Server and functionality restored. Very odd, almost as if server lost path to the remote resources the agent/scanner needs.
