Hi, one of my Plex Home users deleted his account, but when I try to add a new one it tells me that I have reached the limit of 15 people, even though there are 14 of them, it looks like there is a ghost member, can you fix it?
It’s yourself + 14 other (managed/regular) users.

The user’s account is “soft”-deleted. Every user has 4 weeks after deletion of their account to restore it, without the loss of data, shares, and home memberships.
Which means the user slot in your own home will only be freed after this time period.
You could ask the user to restore their account, using the special link they got via email from plex.
This would allow you to oust them from your Plex Home immediately.
