Hi since last update I have this issue when I try to log into plex :
I did try to remove plex and reinstall it + remove all file related to plex with SSH but I still have the issue …
Can you help me ?
I did unistall one more time plex and … now i have the same message even if … plex is not install anymore ^^’

I believe this is linked to your server doing updates to the database after upgrading the server app. When you open http://[QNAP-IP address]:32400/web you should get an XML message with the specific statement of what the server is doing.
Depending on your library sizes and how powerful your server is, this might take a moment.

Above would mean remove Plex entirely from your QNAP, with databases and everything, if using the QTS AppCenter!
But since you mention SSH, please tell us in details what you did in the console

Thanks all for your comment. So I solved the issue. I did remove it again and see with SSH if anything remains to delete it in case.
I did reboot the server and made a fresh new install after that and voila
