I am serving Plex on a Netgear ReadyNAS 214 with 12tb configured in a RAID-4 array for 6tb of redundant storage. Ever since the release of 1.32, I have been unable to update. I have let it run for hours/days and it never runs. I have to roll back to an older build to get it to serve properly.

Sounds like you may have a database issue and the migration isn’t completing due to this. Try repairing the database, Repair a Corrupt Database | Plex Support.
