One of the reasons I bought the plex pass was so that I could keep my music library at home and then have access via my android phone. This has never worked.
Are there any guides on how to do this? The phone just says there are no servers available. It works fine at home over wifi.

What are you running Plex Media Server on? What router are you using to connect to the internet? Do you have Port Forwarding enabled on your router, to a static IP of the Server? As you can see, we do need a bit more info to help you out…

It’s always a good idea to post logs when you are trying to fix problems. Most times people try to help, but can’t without knowing some specific info. Those come from logs and info you provide.
