Hello, I’m new to Plex and having difficulty accessing my library from my phone, tablet or other PC, which was one of the main reasons I purchased Plex.
Everything shows in order in my settings…
Update Channel is set to Plex Pass in “General” settings
Remote Access tab: Fully accessible outside your network
“You currently have Remote Access enabled through a manually-specified port. If you wish to disable Remote Access, you will need to remove your manual port forwarding from your router.”
And both the Private and Puiblix server mapping IPs have green arrows next to them.
And I checked to make sure I was signed in to the server.
But when I download the app on an android device, it gives me a message that no server can be found and points me in the direction of instructions on how to create one, which I’ve already done.
Would love some guidance… please keep in mind I am NOT an IT techie guy, so please break down any solutions barney-style for me!!
