Just a shot in the barrel here, does anyone else have this issue ongoing here?
I’m struggling with my “Activity” constantly going apeshit after anything (as in nonstop spinning), if I do any uploads or just empty trash or maintenance, problem is I’m always working on my server and the only way I can stop it is, I have to shut down Plex and end task on Plex update server and Plex media services and then restart it because it shuts down and locks up access to all remote access to everyone, that’s just after about the second hour or so. I’ve gone through all I can but it’s really not much you can look at everything works fine there are not problems otherwise… any help or suggestions will be most appreciated… TIA
Thanks, you know I totally forgot about that, I set them to Never when I transferred my server backup to another drive because the data was taking up to much space, but here are the most recent logs, I just set them all back to “as a scheduled task” Hopefully that’ll fix it. thanks again…Plex Media Server Logs_2020-10-01_15-44-11.zip (7.4 MB)
That’s odd I know it shouldn’t be, must of been a slip up, but all is groovy that was the fix thx for the fixit… you’re the man. normally I have to do it all myself or have to wait 2 months for a reply…Much appreciated chief.
Thank You, I’ll have to change Filebot and I thought I was doing the Epi’s at least that’s the way we did it years ago, I found all the music errors, and the File names have been that way for over 5 years but I’ll change it if it’ll help at this point but I have music unchecked on maintenance and scanning just because I have to much and I know it takes to long and I was going to remove them anyways so this is a good reason with all the bad mp3s. Thank you for the help and looks like I have a crap load of file renaming to do then. Experiment #22…
