New account login difficulties

Hi there,

I have invited a family friend to share but am having issues.

The account is created, device has been linked (therefore credentials used). When accessing the actual invite e-mail (using the same credentials) the new user is getting the error as per attached.

Password reset performed and still the same error. Am happy to share username via DM if anyone is able to help (please and thanks!)

Can they open the web app (https://app.plex.tv/desktop)? They can confirm the invite from there too.
