Cant get my kid to access shared library

I’m on the latestest everything. Just rebuilt on WIndows due to too many issues with Lubuntu. She keeps getting the something went wrong with the invite. Had her recreate an account and resent invite with no luck! Please help

She needs to login with her credentials at plex.tv

Then open https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/users-sharing and accept your invitation.

If you are sharing one computer and web browser while trying this out, use the browser’s “incognito”/“privacy” tab!

What is the exact error message when she tries it?
Have you noticed my warning about shared web browsers?

Better not use a mobile browser.

So…I got super I got super irritated trying to figure out what she was doing wrong. I created a new email account for her, then I gave her her all new creds and said have fun and change your passwords, which I sent instructions on as well. Problem solved!!! LOL
