New and repeat airings option is missing on some programs

I searched and couldn’t find an answer so I apologize if I missed it .

I’m running the latest versions of Plex on the 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro and Synology DS920+ on DSM6.

The attached pic confirms various broadcasts are without the recording option for “New” or “New and Repeat” shows.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

You have to choose “All episodes” under Record. The option will not be there if it is left on the default “this episode”

in your screenshot scroll up in the menu to choose.

Thank you. I see it on my Android phone and will verify it on the Shield Pro in a few hours.

I did notice that my phone was showing a reoccurring recording but the icon was a single red dot on the schedule grid. I had to delete the recording on my phone app and re-add the show to see the option.

I’ll post back after confirming.
