Plex’s use of the DNS system is not “DNS rebinding”.
The simplistic methods by DNS resolvers to detect dns rebinding are just recognizing it as such.
Plus, you can restrict this to certain domain names. see https://support.plex.tv/articles/206225077-how-to-use-secure-server-connections#toc-4

“IP Addresses that should never appear in the public DNS”
plex.direct is doing something that is explicitly considered a bad thing.
What else can I say.
Same issues for me. Blank screen on PlexDash after successful authentication. Doesn’t appear to connect to my local Plex server (same network).
PlexAmp successfully authenticates and then can’t find any music servers.
Both android applications on mobile via home wifi. Plex Server running latest version ( 1.19.1.2645) on Synology NAS.
I do not allow remote access to my Plex Server.
Both android apps uninstalled.
Not seeing CPU/RAM usage which is sort of the most important for diagnostics.
