New episode of show incorrectly showing air date of 12/31/2018

I’ve been recording American Ninja Warrior using Plex DVR for many weeks without issue, but last Monday’s episode was marked as airing on Dec 31, 2018, when it actually aired Aug 19, 2019. This caused us to think it hadn’t recorded because we checked the Recently Aired TV and didn’t see it. Is there anything I can do to improve the accuracy of the air dates?

Please could you provide the following details -

  • country/zip code during DVR setup
  • Name of Lineup selected during DVR setup
  • channel number
    and if any further episodes have same issue

  • channel number: 8.1
    and if any further episodes have same issue: no others so far
