Sorry if messaging you is wrong
I have moved my Plex server to a new computer and that worked fine
But now my library will not update. I have added new shows etc. and they are just not showing up
All the shows are there from when I moved the server to the new computer but anything new just will not come up
I have tried everything from
refresh Metadata etc
Can someone please help?
What operating system are you using. Have you checked permissions? Double checked file naming?
You only listed one thing
Using windows 11 same as as on old computer.
Naming is the same as when on old compauter
Permissions - this not sure, how do I do this?
Naming - as in the file names i have for each tv show or movie?
If so then yes I am naming the shows the same way as I always did
You’re going to need to provide file names, file paths and such. of a movie show files that are not being found. may possibly need to see server logs

where episodes 1 to 4 are showing but episode 5 is not showing
all named the same
The only difference is that episodes 1 to 4 were in the server when moved to the new computer and 5 is a new episode
all the folders have permission as far as I can tell
Your logs show it is looking or drive letter H but your screen shot show F. You likely just need to change the drive letter toH
When you do look at the Plex Media Info by doing a Get Info int Web app on one of the first 4 episodes of Ahsoka what path does it show?
