Boy version numbers are hidden very nicely.
It asked me not long ago to enable the new improved player.
No on-screen displays whatsoever? Even the optional upper left hand corner rez/encoding/direct…not even pause or counter?
I know it did not have all the onscreen Fire does, but nothing? Confused…
Why do something in one click, when you can do almost the same thing in 15?
Development survives by developing. Necessity or Logic has no skin in the game.

Gotcha. It displays nothing EVER on-screen, unless you hit the fire 3-lines options button. Strange. I like how they are all combined, but they should appear on pause / play and especially ff/rew. Guess how far you ff/rew? Thanks
The FireTV App has been a ‘work-in-progress’ for as long as I can remember, but as God is my witness - I can’t detect ANY PROGRESS!
I use my Roku - and very recently PMP (that now has it’s fair share of PITA moments to add variety to my day).
