Issues with updated app:
- pausing and starting a show the pause || and play > icons do not show nor does the progress bar with time in and left for show
- videos with more than one part, won’t play the second part
- initial load screen on the app shows yellow triangle exclamation errors loading content, the apps load timeout might be set to short. Eventually with using retry info loads.
Confirmation process that these are fire-tv app related:
- same shows from the same server on windows computer and on IOS does not have these issues
- uninstalling and reinstalling the app on fire-tv gives no difference
- two types of fire-tv devices both showing the same issues
- network and server have plenty of capacity, server CPU, mem and disk dashboard show less than 10% utilization (newer windows computer for media server)
- fire-tv devices are direct plugged in to wired network in house at 100mb, computer on same switch has no problems
Please consider looking into these issues.
