New install stuck

Good evening,

First time installation and Plex user. I installed Plex on Win 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021. The install completed without any problems.

I rebooted and ran Open Plex from the system tray. I skipped account creation and now Plex is stuck at the URL 127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/client-setup with just a spinning circle on the page.

Could someone please offer some insight on what might be wrong with the install?

Update - I think the issue is solved, at least for the short term. I did a complete uninstall and installed the previous version - 1.30.2.6563. It seems to work.

As a first time user, first impressions are good. It’s replacing another media server call Mezzmo.

I’m sure I’ll have more questions in the future.
