I have been using plex for years, could find what I wanted with my eyes closed, now its a challenge. I often watch a 55” screen from my patio w/ coffee and a cig, NO More. I have to come inside to read it and figure out how to find what I want to watch. Why people have to make radical changes to justify their position like they have improved. Just changing for change sake isn’t an improvement. Was the CrackerBarrell CEO was hired by Plex.

I have and plan to continue to message Roku. Unfortunately the Roku tech support people dont understand what Im asking and keep trying to troubleshoot it despite my asking for higher and higher level techs
I don’t think Cracker barrel is a good comparison. They actually listened to their customers and reverted, unlike Plex.
