Hi guys! When I go to the Plex mobile app and then click “Libraries” at the bottom it just sits on a black screen with a orange spinning circle. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in and nothing fixes it. I can access my content just fine and watch it via the search option. Simply the library tab doesn’t work. I have remote access on. I also have access to another friends Plex server and his phone works fine but again I can’t see anything on the Libraries screen. I then had my wife download Plex on her phone and she is getting the same black screen issue (same Plex account). Any ideas here?
